I ordered a USB-C charger for my laptop, but they sent me a phone cable instead. I’ve bought from this brand before and usually like their stuff, so I was disappointed. Support did eventually respond, but it took longer than I expected, and I still had to wait around for the correct charger to show up. Kind of frustrating because I want to keep buying from them, but this didn’t make it easy.

The charger showed up quickly, which was nice, but something feels off because it didn’t actually fit my laptop even though it was listed as compatible. Customer support was okay, but dealing with it was kind of a hassle. I’d definitely double-check the exact model next time before ordering.

I got it sorted out in the end, but the emails were a little hard to follow. I had to ask a couple times before I really understood what was happening with my order and that whole thing.

I’m not totally sure this is an original charger. Chargers was really easy to browse!! I found the charger I needed fast, and checkout wasn’t confusing at all... which is always a plus. The pages loaded fine on my phone too!! Overall, it was a smooth experience... no complaints from me!!!

My charger stopped working after a few weeks, so I reached out to get it replaced. Since it took a little while for them to respond, the whole thing felt slower than I hoped. But once they got back to me, they sent a new one without much trouble. Overall, it was a decent experience. I just wish the response time had been quicker...

I’ve only used it a few times so far, but the battery stays cool while it’s charging and I haven’t noticed any weird smells or anything sketchy. I was in a bit of a rush to get it, so the slow delivery was annoying and that’s why I’m taking off one star. Otherwise, it seems like a solid charger.

I picked up a USB-C charger from Chargers for my phone and tablet, and it’s been a nice little upgrade. It charges way faster than my old one, and I haven’t noticed it getting too hot even if I leave it plugged in for a while.

I tried returning a charger it was way more of a hassle than I expected. The info on the site wasn’t very clear, and I kept having to chase them just to get basic answers. It also made me wonder if they were making the process confusing on purpose, like there might be some hidden fee or catch I wasn’t being told about.
By the time I finally got the return instructions, I was already annoyed. For something simple like a charger, it really shouldn’t take that much effort. Definitely not an experience I’d want to deal with again.
